Serpil Özcan graduated from Marmara University Law School in 2003 and completed her master’s studies at Kadir Has University in 2018.
With over 20 years of legal experience, she is currently a partner at AESY Legal. Mrs. Özcan specializes in various areas, including litigation and dispute resolution, medical law, press and media law, labor and social security law, GDPR process management, contract law, corporate governance, and commercial and corporate law.Serpil Özcan actively contributes to legal education as a guest lecturer in the GDPR Training Program at Özyeğin University. She has also been a mediator since 2022.
