Fırat Bayezit has graduated from the Istanbul University Law School in 2015 and has started his academic profession as a research assistant at Bandırma University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Commercial Law Department in 2017. He has completed his master studies in 2019 and continues his doctorate education, which he started in Istanbul University in 2020.

His areas of expertise are Company Law, Competition Law, Capital Market Law, Merger and Acquisition, Compliance, Dispute Resolution Law and Intellectual Property Law.

Mr. Bayezit is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. He has a book published by well-known publishers.
