Nazlı Keçeci graduated from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law in 2007 and completed her Master’s degree at the same university in 2016.
Throughout her career, she has worked as in-house legal counsel and attorney at leading companies in Türkiye, as well as at prominent domestic and international law firms. With over 19 years of professional experience, her practice covers Employment and Social Security Law, Corporate Law, Data Protection Law (KVKK/GDPR compliance process management), Corporate Governance, Contract Law, and the Law of Obligations.
As a Partner, Nazlı Keçeci focuses on corporate law and strategic legal advisory services, providing comprehensive counsel to national and international companies. Her work particularly includes dispute resolution and process management, as well as end-to-end legal support across all stages of contractual relationships, including the structuring, negotiation, interpretation, implementation, and revision of commercial agreements.
