Dr. Renas Yıldırım is a Ph.D. graduate in Private Law from Istanbul University with a strong academic and professional background in Commercial Law, Banking Law, Capital Market Law, and Tax Law. His doctoral thesis focused on directors’ liability arising from derivative instruments in capital market law, and he has also published works on banking and tax law. Alongside his academic expertise, he has ten years of professional experience. He possess extensive experience in litigation, consultancy, and drafting contracts across various fields of private and public law. His international exposure includes a legal internship in Germany under the Erasmus Program, which broadened his comparative legal perspective. Proficient in English and intermediate in German, He combines strong analytical, research, and advocacy skills with a commitment to delivering effective legal solutions.
