Every company, its board members, managers and other employees must comply with law (acts, regulations, directives, communiques, ethic rules, generally accepted standards).

Lack of compliance may cause a company to lose reputation or face administrative fines,in addition to the increase in the number of legal proceedings againtst it. The board members or managers face criminal investigations. A functioning compliance program in a company not only will prevent all these but also enable the company to make use of some opportunities.

In this regard, we have prepared a compliance check list (legal check-up) to determine what needs to be done in terms of compliance and established a compliance methodology to make sure that compliance program is to be applied at all time.
